First let me introduce myself appropriately. I'm Leannah Lumauig, a professional life coach. I lead powerful women away from uncertainty and doubt, and into careers, relationships, and lives they dream of.

I am all for growth, learning, and pursuing our passions.

I believe life is an adventure, and we have full control of what we make of it.

My story:

For years I could never answer the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I had an inclination it was going to be meaningful and significant, but that's about it. I was raised to climb the corporate ladder, so that is what I sought out to do.  For a decade, I worked for big silicon valley tech companies with roles in sales, marketing, operations, human resources, you name it. I gained valuable experiences in almost every department, connected with brilliant people and learned how large organizations are successfully run. Despite my accomplishments as an ambitious woman, I still didn't know what I wanted to be when I grew up. I was stagnant. 

 I traveled, partied, met so many people that I would never see again. During this indulgent time, I was also avoiding myself, procrastinating on my personal growth and ignoring any insecurities and fears that came up. 

Instead of exploring my true path, I kept drifting. I drifted all the way to Utah. I had yet another new role, in a new place, and I knew no one. It was a much needed restart to begin learning and growing again.  I quickly discovered that Utah and San Francisco could have very well been two different planets, contrasting in many ways.

Then things got pretty bad. My boss who hired me passed away in a car accident. Soon after, my dog died. I felt so lost and alone, not sure what I was doing or where I was going. Looking back, it was almost as if the universe removed everything in my way so I could no longer avoid myself. It was time for me to stop drifting.

The transformation began. 

I woke up in the middle of the night, fully alert and suddenly inspired to explore my new path. I stumbled across websites of amazing and successful women who lived the most incredible lives, inspiring people all over the world. The seed had been planted that night, there was no going back. I wanted that life. My new path was to become a professional motivator, a professional coach.

The ball got rolling. Amazing people and opportunities began to show up in abundance. I was energized and ready for more transition and change. This feeling led me to move back to my Bay Area roots.

I arrived in San Francisco and hired my first life coach. Convinced there was magic in motivating people, I needed him to help me carve out my path. We discussed that a good next step would be to take an introductory coaching course at CTI. After day one I was hooked and immediately signed up the rest of the program. I finally knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. I was home in so many ways.

When it came time to obtain clients, the anxiety and self-doubt appeared in an absurd way.  "I'm not ready yet. What if no one hires me? What if I can't provide any value? What if I am wrong about all this?" These were all thoughts stirring in my head. As a coach, I should have anticipated this would happen (it happens to everyone). 

I committed to walk my talk and overcome my limiting beliefs. Everyone I knew was soon informed about my coaching journey and quest to gain clients. The responses poured in, and within a week I had too many clients. I could not have imagined a better problem to have! What was I even worried about?

Through this experience, I learned first-hand to accept fear and doubt, and to keep taking steps toward my goals. I learned to trust my intuition and pursue what makes me feel alive; which is to work with extraordinary people like you! I honestly believe in Paulo Coelho's quote from the Alchemist, "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."  This is what happened for me when I started on the path to create my personal legend. This is what I want to help you achieve.

Over the past year I have worked with many amazing people to make changes around their work, love life, personal growth, and wellness goals.  As a coach, I have been able to utilize my background in technology to guide my clients to new heights in their careers to get that well deserved promotion. I have walked with them as they created more meaningful relationships and grew happier and healthier in powerful ways.
