#16 How to Improve Your Self Confidence (and Why it Matters)
Think about a time in your life when you felt so sure of yourself. A time when you felt super confident.
For me it was when I was in high school, running for class president of my senior year. I had never run for office before but I felt the urge to pursue the leadership role at that time. And when they announced the winner of the election and I heard my name called, I was floored. It was the best day of my life to date and it still acts as one of my biggest confidence boosters.
In this episode, How to Improve Your Self Confidence (and Why it Matters) I share what it means to have self-confidence and how to boost your self-confidence levels. I also talk about the benefits: like improving self-worth, having more motivation, increasing happiness, having a better social life and even living longer!
Final note: it’s okay not to feel confident all the time there are even some benefits!). Confidence levels ebb and flow.
