#39 - 5 Valuable Lessons I Learned in 2021
Can you believe we’re only a couple of days away from 2022? It’s pretty insane how this past year came and went.
It seems like only yesterday we were dealing with the shock of 2020, holding our breaths and waiting for things to get better. Learning how to bake bread, attending zoom weddings and buying plants became the normal ways to cope with the global pandemic.
But when 2021 rolled around, we weren’t going to settle for staying at home and keeping our life on pause.
We got creative. We started dining, working out and spending more time with each other outdoors. We reinvented ourselves and created a new way of living. We were intentional with our time and the people we spent it with.
We’re resilient and resourceful AF! And I’m proud of us.
Personally I grew a lot this year. I started my podcast, hired my first team and met my amazing partner, Mario.
I also stumbled: I broke my nose, had a failed launch and lost touch with some friends that were once a big part of my life.
Through these ups and downs I learned very valuable lessons. These are gifts that I’m taking with me into 2022 and beyond.
I created a whole podcast episode on these lessons and the practices I used to integrate them into my life. I hope that after listening, you might get some value out of them too.
Enjoy and have a Happy New Year!
